About Us

The company Yantram Sansadhanam India Inc, was formed in the year 2002 and was initially into manufacturing of power equipments like Transformers and Voltage Stabilizers. Over a period of next 2 years the company did extensive research on Induction Heaters and came up with a MOSFET based Induction Heater of 10 KW in the year 2004.The other products that were added to the products list were IGBT based Induction Heaters and SCR/Thyristor based Induction Heaters by 2005.

We are conveniently located about 40 KM south of the National capital New Delhi in the town of Faridabad. Being so close to the National capital implies that we are very well connected by road, rail and of course the dry ports for all sorts of imports and exports. We are having our current manufacturing facility spread over an area of 6600 sq. ft. This has been done on two separate sheds so that fabrication, finishing are dedicated to one shed and other shed is dedicated to assembly, trials, display, packing and dispatches.

Our team is now comprised of a total of 20 employees catering to design, fabrication, winding, machining and assembly. We have dedicated engineers for field jobs like installation/commissioning and servicing. We can proudly say that our products have the lowest failure rate in the country and we are trying to further reduce it. This has been possible because we have over engineered most of our products, no compromise in raw material quality, machining accuracies and procurement based on global reach so that nothing spurious goes into our products.
As of date we are manufacturing the following products:

IGBT based Induction Heaters upto a capacity of 250 KW in frequency bands of 5 to 20 KHz, 20 to 50 KHz and 30 to 80 KHz.

Our Induction Heaters can be broadly divided into the following sections :

• MOSFET based Induction Heating Equipment from 1 to 15 KW with output frequency from 30 to 100 KHz.
• IGBT based Ultra High Frequency Induction Equipment  from 20 to 60 KW with output frequency from 30 to 200 KHz.
• IGBT based Medium Frequency Induction Heating Equipment from 25 to 250 KW in output frequency from 5 to 30 KHz.
